This durable film is specially formulated to produce the appearance of dark graphics during the day and white or colored graphics at night on internally illuminated signs.

When used with compatible products, produced by one of 3M’s Scotchprint® Graphics Authorized Manufacturers and applied according to written instructions, this film can be used to produce a Scotchprint® Graphic.

• Film 3635-91 is smoke gray in color and has nominal light transmission of 47 percent.

Film 3635-91:

• is a 2 mil (0.05 mm) translucent vinyl film; 3 to 4 mil (0.08 to 0.10 mm) with the adhesive
• has a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive, which adheres quickly to a substrate
• has a 78# paper liner

• This film cannot be screen printed.
• For extra protection, laminate film 3635-91 with 3M^TM Scotchcal^TM Transparent Film 3640 GPS or 3642 GPS.

Film 3635-91 can be applied to flat, smooth surfaces. It can be used to decorate selected 3M^TM Panaflex^TM Awning and Sign Facings, acrylic, polycarbonate and PETG. It has a minimum application temperature of 60º F (16º C).

This film can be used in both first and second surface applications. However, it cannot be used on second surface applications of 3M^TM Panaflex^TM Awning and Sign Facing Series 950 GPS or 3M^TM Panaflex^TM Enhanced Image Sign Facing 645 EI.

Available in rolls, film 3635-91 comes in standard 48" widths. It also is available in custom sheet sizes.

Unprocessed film has a shelf life of two years; processed film has a shelf life of one year. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100ºF (38ºC).
